People in South Australia (SA) who have Borderline Personality Disorder, their families, and BPD advocates will not have to wait much longer. The SA political party, the Dignity Party, intends to address the poor reception patients often get from providers when their mental illness is revealed. Party MP Kelly Vincent recently announced that they successfully negotiated with the local government for a $10.25 million dollar Centre of Excellence, a state-of-the-art facility devoted to BPD.
