Video gamers at times may wish they could hit the IRL restart button when they find themselves in a difficult emotional state. Even when it’s not from playing video games.
The number of calls to the Microsoft X-Box customer service line from players seeking help for their emotional distress is on the rise. This inspired Microsoft to better serve these customers by creating an Xbox Safety Team to support distressed callers.
